A Converse Heights home gains a new family and a vibrant breath of new life. This Spartanburg residence underwent a major renovation to provide a sophisticated and comfortable family home. A major overhaul of the kitchen and master suite accompanied a beautiful refresh of the overall interior and exterior palettes.

The mantlepiece in this living room was an existing architectural feature that needed a fresh coat of paint. The built in bookcase borrows language from the mantlepiece and provides a hidden resting spot for AV components and display shelves for a sophisticated family residence.

Kitchen Refresh

The kitchen was entirely gutted and reconfigured. The new kitchen is fit for a chef (and a chef lives here indeed)!

Casework Envy

New built in casework replaced an old and worn built in. Located between a screened porch and the master suite, this den is truly the heart of the home and provides a welcoming and restful elegance.

A Hearth to Call Home

The mantlepiece in the den was custom fabricated to emulate the mantlepiece from the owner's childhood home. It is truly a hearth to call home and in conjunction with the built in casework featured above, warms and completes the room.
